Order Confirmation:

After placing an order, users will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment of the order but does not constitute acceptance or guarantee of product availability.

Shipping and Delivery:

When you check out, the shipping charges are computed automatically.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. will be sent the same day. We make use of The Courier Guy to deliver the products safely. Orders can take up to 3-5 business days.

Receiving of Goods:

If you do not get your package within 5 working days, please contact us by email or phone.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refundable, and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as a credit card processing fee.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and transported fully insured via any common courrier.

If an item must be returned owing to our error, we may, at our option, issue a complete refund. Any condition seen in our product photographs is deemed disclosed and does not represent an error or omission on our part. Please contact us before returning any items. Every return must be insured.
